At The Becoming of You LLC, our mission is to support individuals in navigating anxiety and emotional patterns through compassionate, transformative coaching. We help clients build self‑awareness, regulate their emotions, and align their behaviors with the life they envision. Rooted in self‑discovery and personal growth, our work empowers individuals to heal at the core, cultivate clarity and confidence, and live with purpose, authenticity, and emotional balance.

Our Life Coach 

Through the darkness, I found love and light.

Throughout my lifetime, I have experienced many transitions—guided not only by my own choices, but also influenced by those around me, from my parents and sisters to my friends. As life continued to move forward and these transitions came and went, I kept walking the path laid before me. Eventually, I reached a point where the support I was giving myself, and receiving from others, was no longer beneficial.

As I moved deeper into this pivotal season of mental health, without understanding what was happening to me or having the skills needed to navigate it, panic began to set in. Darker moments increased, accompanied by anxiety and panic attacks. At this point, my life became unpredictable. I was running from myself because I didn’t understand what was happening or why. My work life declined, my relationships depleted, and I was no longer the Asia everyone knew.

Amid the later anxiety and panic attacks, I remember a calm but firm voice within me saying, “I don’t want to experience this anymore.” That moment marked a turning point. I decided to take back control—not by forcing change, but by seeking understanding of what I was experiencing.

During this phase of transition, I came to understand how deeply our emotions, traumas, experiences, and thoughts influence the way we live our lives. Through that understanding, I gained the clarity and strength to access skill sets I already possessed tools that helped me step through this transitional period rather than remain stuck within it.

This journey has taught me that living a beautiful life isn’t just about healing, but about healing and understanding how we respond to the world around us. When we learn to take control, rather than allowing our bodies and emotions to lead, a new life begins to unfold—one grounded in awareness, intention, and self‑trust.

Today, this lived experience is the foundation of my work. I understand what it feels like to live in a body shaped by anxiety, confusion, and emotional overwhelm—and I also know that change is possible through awareness, understanding, and intentional regulation.
